    \ Os ensaios em t{\'u}nel de vento s{\~a}o uma ferramenta confi{\'a}vel para determinar o efeito da ventila{\c c}{\~a}o natural em edif{\'\i}cios. Por meio do presente estudo s{\~a}o analisadas as condi{\c c}{\~o}es de ventila{\c c}{\~a}o de um modelo, de acordo com o posicionamento de m{\'o}dulos de ventila{\c c}{\~a}o num sistema de fachadas. Os ensaios foram realizados em t{\'u}nel de vento, variando a posi{\c c}{\~a}o dos m{\'o}dulos de ventila{\c c}{\~a}o na configura{\c c}{\~a}o fachada. Os casos apresentados ser{\~a}o dois, um deles com seis m{\'o}dulos de ventila{\c c}{\~a}o posicionados no peitoril da janela (peitoril ventilado) e outro com tr{\^e}s m{\'o}dulos de ventila{\c c}{\~a}o posicionados acima e abaixo na fachada. Trata-se de um sistema de fachadas m{\'o}vel e intercambi{\'a}vel, de forma que o mesmo modelo b{\'a}sico fosse utilizado para testar as diferentes possibilidades de ventila{\c c}{\~a}o. Medi{\c c}{\~o}es da velocidade do ar foram obtidas para o interior e exterior do modelo para as diferentes configura{\c c}{\~o}es de fachadas, de modo a avaliar o melhor desempenho em rela{\c c}{\~a}o {\`a} ventila{\c c}{\~a}o natural. Casos com e sem ventila{\c c}{\~a}o cruzada foram considerados para medi{\c c}{\~a}o da velocidade do ar. Os resultados indicaram que o uso de m{\'o}dulos de ventila{\c c}{\~a}o posicionados abaixo do peitoril da janela, formando um peitoril ventilado foi a melhor solu{\c c}{\~a}o em termos de ventila{\c c}{\~a}o natural.\

    The Centre for Territory, Environment and Construction (CTAC) is a research unit of the School of Engineering of University of Minho (UMinho), recognised by the “FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia” (Foundation for Science and Technology), associated to the Department of Civil Engineering (DEC), with whom it shares resources and namely human resources.
