This work pretends to make known a mobile environmental monitoring station for evaluate the urban environment. In this paper is presented the different phases of the mobile unit development: since the construction, operation mode and at last the treat and the divulgation of the data obtained. This mobile is prepared to evaluate the following urban environment parameters: environmental noise (Leq, L10 and L90), air quality (PM10, PM2,5 and Total Suspended Particles) and meteorological parameters (air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and wind direction).
\ \ \ \  This mobile unit is inserted in a project developed for the Portuguese city of Vila Real, called SMMART (in English {\textquotedblleft}Municipal System for Monitoring Air, Noise and Traffic{\textquotedblright}), where the municipality accepted the challenge of developing a platform where is possible evaluate, monitor and inform the population about the quality of urban environment of the city where they live.
