    No {\^a}mbito do projeto de investiga{\c c}{\~a}o {\textquotedblleft}LEGOUSE - Pr{\'e}-fabrica{\c c}{\~a}o Modular de Edif{\'\i}cios de Custos Controlados{\textquotedblright}, o qual envolveu a Mota-Engil, a CiviTest, os grupos de investiga{\c c}{\~a}o Structural Composites e Sustainable Construction da Universidade do Minho e o PIEP, foi desenvolvida investiga{\c c}{\~a}o experimental, num{\'e}rica e anal{\'\i}tica que conduziu {\`a} produ{\c c}{\~a}o de um painel sandwich inovador constitu{\'\i}do por camadas externas em bet{\~a}o auto-compact{\'a}vel refor{\c c}ado com fibras de a{\c c}o (BACRFA) ligadas por conetores de pol{\'\i}mero refor{\c c}ado com fibras de vidro (GFRP) e preenchido por material de isolamento t{\'e}rmico. Este painel constitui o elemento construtivo base de uma tipologia de habita{\c c}{\~a}o de custo controlado baseada na pr{\'e}-fabrica{\c c}{\~a}o e assemblagem destes elementos. Um prot{\'o}tipo deste tipo de habita{\c c}{\~a}o com cerca de 100 m2 de implanta{\c c}{\~a}o foi constru{\'\i}do e serve, atualmente, de laborat{\'o}rio a c{\'e}u aberto para avalia{\c c}{\~a}o do seu desempenho em aspetos de durabilidade, t{\'e}rmicos e ac{\'u}sticos. Neste trabalho apresenta-se, de forma resumida, o conceito adotado, a constru{\c c}{\~a}o do prot{\'o}tipo {\`a} escala real e os ensaios realizados.

    About CTAC

    The Centre for Territory, Environment and Construction (CTAC) is a research unit of the School of Engineering of University of Minho (UMinho), recognised by the “FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia” (Foundation for Science and Technology), associated to the Department of Civil Engineering (DEC), with whom it shares resources and namely human resources.

    Currently CTAC aggregates 25 researchers holding a PhD of which 20 are faculty professors of the Civil Engineering Department. Read more
