    A utiliza{\c c}{\~a}o das tecnologias de informa{\c c}{\~a}o e comunica{\c c}{\~a}o no caso espec{\'\i}fico da gest{\~a}o de recursos h{\'\i}dricos, em que a incerteza associada aos processos hidrol{\'o}gicos determina um grau de dificuldade acrescido, revela-se essencial. Desta forma, o desenvolvimento de ferramentas que permitam a consulta de dados de redes de monitoriza{\c c}{\~a}o hidrol{\'o}gica, de previs{\~o}es meteorol{\'o}gicas e de resultados de simula{\c c}{\~a}o em ambientes de m{\'u}ltiplas plataformas, fixas ou m{\'o}veis, {\'e} uma das tarefas fundamentais para a incorpora{\c c}{\~a}o das tecnologias de informa{\c c}{\~a}o nos processos correntes de gest{\~a}o de recursos h{\'\i}dricos. No presente trabalho apresenta-se uma ferramenta, desenvolvida para ambiente web, que permite consultar informa{\c c}{\~a}o e operar modelos hidr{\'a}ulicos de simula{\c c}{\~a}o de barragens e respetivas albufeiras. A interface {\'e} adapt{\'a}vel a cada caso de estudo e poder{\'a} ser desenvolvida com diferentes tipos de software de modela{\c c}{\~a}o hidrol{\'o}gica e hidrodin{\^a}mica, considerando as necessidades estabelecidas pelo conjunto dos seus utilizadores. A partir da interface {\'e} poss{\'\i}vel estabelecer as condi{\c c}{\~o}es de fronteira definidas para cada modelo, aplicar o modelo e visualizar os resultados de simula{\c c}{\~o}es din{\^a}micas. A aplicabilidade da ferramenta desenvolvida {\'e} demonstrada em exemplos de implementa{\c c}{\~a}o em diversas albufeiras situadas no rio Guadiana (Empreendimento de Fins M{\'u}ltiplos de Alqueva, Portugal)

    The Centre for Territory, Environment and Construction (CTAC) is a research unit of the School of Engineering of University of Minho (UMinho), recognised by the “FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia” (Foundation for Science and Technology), associated to the Department of Civil Engineering (DEC), with whom it shares resources and namely human resources.
