    A reabilita{\c c}{\~a}o de edif{\'\i}cios {\'e} um sector de relev{\^a}ncia crescente no contexto nacional, levando a uma progressiva expans{\~a}o do mercado de solu{\c c}{\~o}es. As solu{\c c}{\~o}es de reabilita{\c c}{\~a}o da envolvente dos edif{\'\i}cios, nomeadamente de fachadas, procuram ter um processo de instala{\c c}{\~a}o cada vez mais r{\'a}pido e pr{\'a}tico sem descurar o controlo da qualidade, necess{\'a}rio para um bom desempenho final da envolvente. Este cat{\'a}logo cont{\'e}m algumas solu{\c c}{\~o}es de reabilita{\c c}{\~a}o de fachadas prefabricadas desenvolvidas para a reabilita{\c c}{\~a}o de edif{\'\i}cios multifamiliares. As solu{\c c}{\~o}es foram desenvolvidas no {\^a}mbito do projeto IEA ECBCS Annex 50 {\textquotedblleft}Sistemas Prefabricados para uma Reabilita{\c c}{\~a}o de Baixo Consumo de Energia de Edif{\'\i}cios Residenciais{\textquotedblright}, da Ag{\^e}ncia Internacional de Energia. O objetivo {\'e} apresentar uma ferramenta conceptual de apoio a fabricantes e designers para avaliar as possibilidades para uma reabilita{\c c}{\~a}o eficiente de edif{\'\i}cios existentes de forma a valorizar a sua envolvente. Destina-se tamb{\'e}m a promover a colabora{\c c}{\~a}o e facilitar o processo de desenvolvimento do projeto, abrangendo apenas o design e a constru{\c c}{\~a}o de m{\'o}dulos de reabilita{\c c}{\~a}o. Para o desenvolvimento dos sistemas de reabilita{\c c}{\~a}o prefabricados foram tidos em conta os seguintes aspetos: - Os m{\'o}dulos s{\~a}o constru{\'\i}dos em s{\'e}rie; - Os m{\'o}dulos s{\~a}o flex{\'\i}veis na arquitetura, forma e revestimento; - Os m{\'o}dulos podem ser combinados uns com os outros e com solu{\c c}{\~o}es de reabilita{\c c}{\~a}o convencionais (sem prefabrica{\c c}{\~a}o).

    About CTAC

    The Centre for Territory, Environment and Construction (CTAC) is a research unit of the School of Engineering of University of Minho (UMinho), recognised by the “FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia” (Foundation for Science and Technology), associated to the Department of Civil Engineering (DEC), with whom it shares resources and namely human resources.

    Currently CTAC aggregates 24 researchers holding a PhD of which 20 are faculty professors of the Civil Engineering Department. Read more
