The correction needs of energy and non-energy inefficiencies, improve new procedures and approaches skills to the sustainable management of buildings. Building Commissioning, a project management quality-oriented process, is internationally referred as one of the most profitable investments in the buildings performance. This work aims to describe the basics and provide an overview of the international state of such activity. Also refer certain matters related to the costs and benefits of the procedure.
